Pippa Burrows: Client Operations Director

A highly experienced CSD, Pippa has led successful teams at Savvy, TRO, CPM and Outside the Box. Now responsible for driving the most effective and efficient solutions for all Blue Chip’s brands, briefs and budgets.

Ruth McConnell: Planning Director

Formerly the Head of Brand at Asda and a Senior Brand Manager at Morrisons, Ruth is an expert at helping brands get retailers onside before they get on shelf. Working hand-in-hand with Kim, our Head of Planning, on accounts such as Essity, Kellogg’s, Premier Foods, 3M and LG, she’ll help clients navigate retail challenges beyond the mults.

Michael Harwood: Senior Account Director

Fresh from managing the Meatless Farm brands and formerly part of ASDA’s Strategic Planning division, Michael brings a unique in-house client perspective to our account management team. He’ll be helping clients tackle everything from commercial complexities and rising red tape, to supply chain issues and tricksy trade relationships.

Laura Auchterlonie: Creative Strategy Director

An integrated Creative Director with over 20 years’ experience, Laura has worked on shopper, experiential, digital, branding and packaging projects for clients including Budweiser, Stella Artois, Lindt, Costa, Skittles, Lanson and Sony. A creative consultant, she will take the conceptual lead on client projects.
